  Purchased my vehicle at a different Benz dealership but decided to bring my car for the very first time to the Brampton location for a scheduled service as it is much closer to where I now live. So glad that I did! The customer service was exceptional from the moment I pulled into the service garage until the moment I left in my freshly serviced AND detailed car. AND, the complimentary cafe (so much more than just tea and coffee) nicely topped off the experience. This should be the standard for all luxury vehicle dealerships. There's absolutely no question where I'll go for my next scheduled service and likely for my next vehicle purchase too!

  Feb 2018---- My 2017 C300 needed some repairs. Rob Paterson who manages the Body Shop at Mercedes Benz Brampton took care of arranging a rental and got all the necessary repairs completed in a timely fashion. He was a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work Rob. April 2017---- Went to MB Brampton looking to get myself a 2017 C300. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Brian Miller who is one of the Sales Reps there, who offered me some refreshments, which was very courteous. Then we sat down to go over the features and numbers of the car. Brian and his manager Vince worked very diligently to reach the monthly installment payment I was comfortable paying. After signing off on the deal, Ashley in Admin and Daniel in Finance helped process all my insurance and ownership paperwork quick and efficiently. Also Johnny who is in charge of giving delivery of the vehicles, went over all the external details and internal features of the car with me and had good product knowledge. In the past 15 yrs I have had 11 cars and this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Brian, Vince, Daniel, Ashly and Johnny exhibit good team work and excellent CX.
