  This was the first time I went to this store after a friend convinced me to try as she is a regular customer at this store. I went there yesterday (the one at bramlea city centre) and I had worst experience shopping. I walked in yesterday around 8:50pm and a sales girl named Whitney or Britney was at the back for a minute and then came out saying no hi or hello. All she says, "we are closing in few mins". I said okay. Then I liked something and wanted to try on but she said sorry you only have a minute. She was on the phone whole time I was there. Firstly, you are not suppose to use phone while you are at work and you have a customer to attend. I asked twice and she didn't let me try. I was mad and I politely asked her, " don't you cash out the customers who enter the stores before 9". She said yes we do only if they make a purchase. I was like really? Said Who? No wonder this store was empty when you have such life hating people with no smile on their face just because they want to finish work at 9 dot. The store has beautiful nice collection and i will definitely visit today again but service is horrible. I don't like business going down like this because of a silly mistake that's employees do and they don't realize they are putting company under loss.
