  My boyfriend bought 2 dad hats from another store for them to customize . when he went to collect them, the lady made a mistake on BOTH hats !!!! Not wanting to make a big deal he told her to do over one hat because he needed it for that night . She messed up AGAIN! on spelling his name on the hat SHE provided so now hes out ( 3 hats) due to her error . She's getting upset telling him her hat was more expensive than his( which its not), but what difference does it make if he cant wear it . She spelt his name wrong! She added and extra letter. WORST F***ING SERVICE . IM LIVID . No refund, no exchange, no resolve . Disgusting!!!
