  Worst experience ever! Paid $65 for an eye exam and was given a trial pair of contact lenses because they have the "best promotion" for a year supply of contacts. The trial pair was the wrong prescription, returned it and was told they would be ordered and I would receive a phone call when they are available to pick up. A month later no call, nothing. Called the store to check up on the status of the order and was told they have NO PRESCRIPTION. Ended up in a screaming match with the guy on the phone as he was basically telling me it is my fault they do not have my prescription as I must have taken it from them. How!? Now no records of my eye exam and out $65 I could have taken to my trusted optician. Guess it's a lesson learned and $65 lost over a recommendation from a coworker.
