  As much as I dislike living in Brampton, having moved here from Kitchener about 10 months ago, Fortinos makes living here more tenable. Fortinos isn't perfect, they try to cater to too many ethnic groups at the expense of the general grocery buying patrons (those customers who want specialty ethnic food can easily go to their more exclusive markets nearby). Fortinos is a little more pricey, but it's a great shopping experience, they have friendly helpful staff, an excellent bakery, coffee shop, serve all manner/variety of hot food, and they also have Now Fresh.
