  Unlocked cell phone and it got locked again. They told me it was a permanent unlock, that was a lie. They told me they would unlock it if it got locked again, that was a lie. They told me they couldn't do anything if I didn't have a receipt. Found the receipt and they still refused to do anything. Don't expect them to stand behind any of their warranties or return policies. Once you give them your money and something wrong happens you're SOL. I've already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They are scammers. Had to tell a lady not to buy a desktop from them because they were obviously taking advantage of her lack of knowledge.

  ATTENTION ALL SHOPPERS! IF YOU NEED TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED AND YOU ARE THINKING OF GIVING YOUR PHONE TO HOME ELECTRONICS IN SHOPPERS WORLD, I ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO SO!!!!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT FIX YOUR SCREENS PROPERLY. THEY WILL GIVE YOU A SCREEN THAT WILL BREAK ON YOU IN A DAY. THEIR QUALITY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE, I WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH BY THE OWNERS OF THE STORE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE FIXING YOUR PHONE BUT THEY DO NOT FIX YOUR PHONE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE WITH IT. HORRIBLE PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH HIGH PRICES.
