  I am not impressed with the delivery and customer service. Still following-up from last 3 months on the broken piece false commitment. Its better to spend extra and buy from big store for piece of mind and get better after sale service. Not recommended

  Ordered a restopedic mattress twin on Saturday and paid the $300+tax price in full. We were told by the lady dealing with us that the mattress will be in on Monday at 2pm. When we did not get a call by 2pm, we called only to be told that the mattress would be in on Tuesday at 2pm. Waited and did not get a call. Called them 5pm on Wednesday to followup and the person attending the phone said they would call in 10 minutes with an update. Half an hour later when no one called we called back and no one answered. Anyways, now frustrated i headed to the store only to be met with a man claiming to be the manager for 3 locations. He was not apologetic at all when we told him our ordeal and insisted that we wait until tomorrow for the mattress as it was on its way from oakville. When i asked him where the lady was who dealt with us he said she was off that day. I asked him to write down that the mattress will be in tomorrow he refused. When he saw i was agitated he became rude and walked away. I asked him for his name which he refused to provide. The most pathetic experience with rubbish customer service ever. May the business shut down forever...as far as i see it they are in possession of money which clearly does not belong to them. I wish i could give a 0 rating
