Horrible customer service at the pharmacy desk. Have been there multiple times and the pharmacists there have nothing but problems getting my prescriptions ready. I was in on a Saturday and ordered over the counter deodorant that had to be ordered in for me. One of the student pharmacists went through on the computer and ordered it, took my name and phone number and I was told I would get a call by Monday when the deodorant came in. (Also at this time my boyfriend dropped off a prescription for the Nalaxalone kit, we were told this would be ready for the time we picked up the deodorant) By Tuesday I didn't receive a call and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I was told by the pharmacist no one had even ordered my deodorant for me the best she can do is order it for me today the pharmacist confirmed with me the Nalaxalone kit was ready for the next time we come in. By the following Saturday I had a call saying my item had arrived at the store , so finally happy with the outcome I went in going to pick in up. My deodorant was there but we had we wait another hour for the pharmacist to prepare the Nalaxalone kit as it was not ready. I recommend going somewhere else and don't bother calling into the store as that is also a waste of time.

Overall not a great location. I’ve found several experied products in the past, showing the lack of care the management and employees have. This location in particular is usually quite busy but there never seems to be employees on the floor, it seems very understaffed. Certain employees, especially the younger ones and some mangament truly lack customer service skills, seems as if customer care is not a priority. My recommendation is drive the extra 5-10 minutes and visit the Bramalea and Sandwool Shoppers Drug Mart.
