  Terrible customer service skills from "District Manager" Brian Freeman! I wanted to purchase a painting that was hung on the wall with price tag on it. The employee says she cannot sell it due to it being a last item on shelf?? Ok, so I asked to speak with whoever is in charge and Brian Freeman advised me that he will not sell it I just need to order one that may take up to a week to get. I attempted to ask nicely few more times telling him i need it today and he told me "Too bad.. shrugging his shoulders." The store employee attempts to look up quantity at their warehouse and it says 0 I asked her if any possible chance I could buy it fully and bring it back once the order comes in which she did not know when that would be. She told me no because she does not know if I would bring it back... I attempted to call back and and ask to speak with whoever is above Brian Freeman and he advised me that he was the top boss nobody above him. He told me if i really want that painting to come back.. haha Stay clear from this store at all cost!! Go somewhere else where they care about their customers!

  I usually don't post reviews, but I had to deal with about 5+ Structubes in one day looking for something to purchase, & this was the only location where the sales associate was incredibly rude & impatient with me. Great service everywhere else - just not this location.
