  It wasn't based on selection or price. I asked for an equivalent jacket to what I had purchased a couple months ago, a house brand 48r. Was then taken directly past all the sale racks to the $400+ section and then told there is nothing else available in my size. I accepted my polite dismissal and decided to put back couple other shirts I selected and leave in contempt. As I walked back to the shirt area I saw in front of me a 48r Grafton jacket. I didn't even dig, front of rack location. So I picked it up with my shirts and checked out. Cashier very pleasant. Everyone has a bad day but generally felt associate just couldn't be bothered.

  Service is friendly. If you pay to have the Super Crease put into the dress pants make sure you check it on the inside of each leg when you pick them up to confirm they did not stop at the knee on the front. You have to insist that they extend the crease to mid thigh. This is because it takes them more time to do the front because they have a lining to the knee.
