  I would give them negative stars. They delivered sofa with wrong color. And not ready to replace it back.They have updated receipt copy by their own by mentioning floor model on it and keep arguing with me. First he said I will agree only if its not mentioned on your copy. When I showed him my copy then he refused to accept it and said we will make sofa what we have in our copy. I had worst experience with them. Its waste of money. Don't even think to visit this store .

  I had most worst experience of my life at this location. They are rude, ruthless, cunning, greedy, inhuman etc... I would request everyone to go to a different store and it is better to spend more bucks than shopping with these guys and dealing with the issues. Even a 3rd grade person would treat people more nicer than these guys. I don't understand how Canadian Government is allowing these guys to have a store in GTA. Whoever want a peaceful life, please go through all the comments before you visit this store. Unfortunately I have not read the comments and I paid for it. Why google is not allowing me to put 0 stars. Oh god, these guys don't deserve the 1 start I gave. I have gone through enough pain and I want my fellow Canadians NOT to go through the same pain.

  Never ever Purchase from this store .. THEY ARE RUDE... NOT PROFESSIONALS...AND USE BAD LANGUAGE We went in their store to purchase sofa and beds and we liked one recliner which we took a photograph to match it with our hardwood, the salesman / owner came to us and asked us to delete the pic, which we did delete and then he demanded my phone to check the deletion, which I again showed him that we have deleted it. The man there started uttering out bad words, we left store and regret visiting that store....MR SINGH WHICH WORLD ARE YOU LIVING, HUNDREDS OF STORES ARE OUT THERE ... YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE .. . CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE AND MEND YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES

  Just dropped into Vanaik furniture - looking for a bedroom set and a sectional. I walked around for at least 5 or 6 minutes and did not see a single salesperson (and yes, this would usually be a cause for celebration). Eventually I walked by a man, sitting at a dining set at the back of the store wolfing down his food with one hand and playing on his phone with the other. He did not acknowledge me. After a minute or two I saw a bedroom set I wanted my husband to look at so I started taking pictures to send to him.Suddenly, from the back of the store, the man stands up and yells across the store "excuse me ma'am no taking pictures". At first I can't believe he's addressing me - especially that way, so I ask "pardon me". He repeats himself and I ask why. He says 'store policy". I say, well you just lost $6000 of my business and walked out. I have to wonder what any store in this digital age prohibits pictures. In this case, maybe it's because of questionable if not downright sketchy pricing (two idenrical bedroom sets were priced differently by about $500 with no explanation. And then, there's the fact that their BIG SALE is actually their Boxing Day Sale (according to the placards) and it's late January. Abysmal customer service, questionable pricing, terrible layout (more huge freezing storage locker than retail outlet) and rude personnel (who as I type is probably still chomping and gaming). The empty store and low low reviews are well-earned. I wish there was a rating lower than one star.
