  Brought in a watch I bought about three months ago. The pin came out because Guess sells terrible watches. DO NOT BUY GUESS WATCHES YOU WILL REGRET IT. They scratch so damn easily. Two enployees literally looked around for about 1 min before telling me to go use the warranty which is just a pain in the ass. Terrinle store

  " Need to hire people with better customer service"- I love Guess products, I've been a fan for years. But, lately, the customer service at BCC has been so terrible. I've been on a haunt looking for a new wallet, I finally found a nice wallet, looking through their display window. I walked in, no one greeted me however, there was a couple that came in right behind me. As, I approach the wallet section, there had to be about three girls working, no one even bother to ask if i needed help, all of them looked at me, and continue to do help serve other people. But, the most disrespectful situation is, there was this one white girl who was on cash. A couple came in, she ran to them, greeted and advised them of the deals and the kindly, asked if they needed any help. I was really upset because, she saw me, give me eye contact but, didn't even say a word but, when another couple came in. I felt like she judged me on the way i looked. I had my head tie, wearing my gym clothes, comparing to the couple who dressed nicely, I won't be going back to that GUESS, i rather buy it online or at the BAY...

  I drop in here once in a while always find something I like in the handbag section, I love the quality of the bags. Store seems a bit junkie at times because customers don't care how they view and leave the merchandies. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
