  The staff where very polite and attentive from the moment I walked into the store, and where able to help me find what I was looking for as well point out on some great deals and promotions that they had. Avery pleasant shopping experience.

  I always hesitated to enter this store thinking I would not be well entertained by young customer service reps. But my recent first visit at Hollister, Bramalea City Centre, Brampton turned my thoughts upside down. Actually I would say I have never received such a great customer service experience before. It was a busy day at store and I was trying to find t-shirts and Polos I saw at the website for my nephew. This is when a young french lady rep walked and asked me if she can help me. I was absolutely impressed and shocked to see how she not only try to find t-shirts back at store but ordered them online for me by using store's iPad. I was amazed how her customer service was so genuine and helped me her best as she's helping her own family member. I thank her for efforts, and highly recommend Hollister to others! When you walk inside it feels like home.
